Legacy Lake Vista The community offers two swimming pools where you can sunbathe on the deck and enjoy the serene lake views.

Residents will find BBQ grills and picnic tables adjacent to the pool for convenient grilling and our kid residents can play in one of two fenced-in playgrounds on-site. For our furry friends, we offer fenced dog parks with agility equipment. Our renovated laundry centers are equipped with 'smart' technology that sends alerts when your load is complete. Residents have a variety of entertainment options inside the clubhouse which include a cyber lounge, fitness center, yoga room, playroom, and an Olympic size swimming pool with a sundeck overlooking spectacular lake views.

🍂 Good evening, Legacy Lake Vista residents! 🍂

We're excited to bring you Fall in a Bag this Friday at 7:00 AM at the Main Gate. As a small way of celebrating the season and showing appreciation for our community, we'll be handing out grab-and-go bags filled with seasonal treats and refreshments.

Whether you're heading to work, school, or simply starting your day, we'd love for you to stop by, say hello, and pick up a little fall cheer!

☀️ Summer Last Hurrah Recap! ☀️

What an amazing way to close out the summer! Our Summer Last Hurrah Event brought together friends, families, and community members for an evening filled with fun, connection, and purpose.

Guests enjoyed Chick-fil-A sandwiches, chips, cookies, and sodas while uplifting background music created a joyful and welcoming atmosphere throughout the evening.

One of the highlights was our raffle fundraiser benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and childhood cancer awareness. Congratulations to our raffle winner, who took home an Amazon Echo Dot! We are grateful to everyone who participated and helped support this meaningful cause.

Our raffle table also featured yellow ribbon awareness pins and yellow ribbon and heart bracelets for those who wished to contribute and show their support. Every donation helped make a difference.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made this event so special. Your generosity, smiles, and support helped us celebrate the end of summer while raising awareness for an important cause.

What an incredible evening!

We are so grateful for everyone who helped make this year’s National Night Out such a success. From the volunteers who stepped in to serve, to the amazing team at Legacy, to our community partners who helped make the event possible, thank you for investing in our residents and families.

A special shout-out to our outstanding coordinators who took the lead and ensured everything ran smoothly while we were away. Your dedication, organization, and willingness to step up did not go unnoticed!

And to our residents: THANK YOU. Seeing families come together, children enjoying the activities, neighbors connecting, and our community filled with smiles was the highlight of the night. ❤️
