I have been a Realtor since 2004 and my focus has been to assist my clients in making the best decision in one of the most important financial and emotional investments in their lives. The day I graduated from the University of Miami Graduate School o

f Business, my Dad turns to me and says I think you should get your real estate license. Over the years, my parents bought and sold many properties, and they saw that I had an interest in the field. I did a few deals here and there and then decided to leave the corporate arena and pursue Real Estate full-time. My broad depth of knowledge from years of experience is my greatest benefit to the buying, selling, and investing public. My vast market knowledge, integrity, advanced education/experience, and use of cutting-edge technology is a large part of how I can help make a real estate transaction as seamless as possible for you. Daniele graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master of Business Administration in Management Information Systems, Marketing, and E-Commerce in 1998 and 2001, respectively. She also has a Master of Science in Higher Education specializing in College Teaching and Learning from Kaplan University. Daniele has a true passion for real estate, so when she is not delivering her clients' dreams, Daniele is a Real Estate Instructor at Gold Coast Schools. She takes pleasure in traveling the Caribbean, Africa, Europe, and the continental United States. Daniele is a sports car enthusiast and a soccer Mom to Brice.

And yes… it’s the most unglamorous part of buying a home.
Most buyers treat the final walk through like a victory lap.
They’re picturing furniture layouts.

Imagining backyard barbecues.
Mentally moving in.
But the final walk through isn’t a celebration. It’s protection.

This is your last chance to make sure:
✔ The HVAC works
✔ There are no new leaks
✔ Repairs were actually completed
✔ Appliances and fixtures are still there
✔ Nothing major changed since inspection

Once you close, every problem becomes your problem.
Catching a broken AC before signing? That can save you thousands.
Noticing a slow leak under a sink? That can prevent serious damage.
