A little late posting this from last week, but this one was too special not to share! 🏡❤️

What a delight it is when the buyer and seller genuinely connect, and even exchange phone numbers at closing! I had the privilege of representing both sides in this transaction, and it truly was such a joy.

A friend recommended the seller to me, and I had met the buyer several open houses ago. Both were ready for their next chapter: the seller was downsizing to about 1,300 square feet of living space, while the buyer was making an even bigger transition—from 87 acres to a villa!

Helping people navigate these life changes and watching them move into the next stage of their journey is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. ❤️

What can I say about these wonderful clients? ❤️

Their agent retired, and they asked me to step in and represent them in the sale of their current home. After more than 20 years in this house, making the decision to downsize into a villa was certainly not an easy one. But they did it!

We officially closed on their home last week, and I couldn’t be happier for them. Even more special, their home went to a wonderful family, which made this chapter even more meaningful.

I never know how my clients will find their way to me, but I’m always grateful when they do. My goal is to make every transaction as smooth and seamless as possible while being there for my clients every step of the way.

Thank you for trusting me and allowing me to be a part of this journey. It was truly an honor! 🏡❤️
