John Becker owner of Taco Fresh Express LLC, puts community safety at risk by suing neighbors for use of private drive. Becker plans to build million dollar townhomes at Main and Mishawaka Ave.
The private drive owned by individual units in the River Walk Town Homes Owners Association lll was sued by John Becker to remove a chain that was placed to protect the community from speeding cars attempting to jockey around traffic at the Mishawaka and Main Street stop light. Residents are concerned pedestrians using the Riverwalk staircase could unknowingly step into traffic once they reach the top.
