Just a heads up and a warning for everyone to keep an eye on pets and children. Yesterday a larger coyote was spotted walking down Sugar Pine in the afternoon. We are aware of several that live behind THE but this is the first time they’ve been spotted on our property during the day (that I am aware of). We will try and get a notice out this week to make sure all members are aware, but please share the info with your neighbors.

Responsibilities include basic yard maintenance: mowing, w**d whacking, pulling w**ds, leaf removal, operating necessary power equipment, etc.
This is a seasonal position that will end on or around December 1st.
