OK, everyone get ready the changes in Real Estate are HERE NOW! We might have changes along the way so nothing is set in stone. We are all going to need to adjust how we do things. Agents have been working with the NAR, CAR, OCAR, even the justice departments, our brokers and each other to make sure we understand the new rules as it applies to each of us. Buyers and sellers will need to have discussions with their agents to learn more about how commissions will work going forward. It's going to be a learning curve for all of us,❤🙃 so remember to be patient with each other.

Let's go and give!!

We are hosting a Drop-and-Go Food Drive this Saturday, April 25 from 10 am to 1 pm at the Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center.

The event will benefit South County Outreach, which typically distributes nearly one million pounds of emergency, non-perishable and fresh food to an average of 9,000 families annually. However, the need for food is up 90% from 2019 and the organization’s inventory is down 40%. https://bit.ly/2RYy41b

A big shout out to Kan Mundy, owner of Oggi's in for donating pizza to Rotary volunteers who are making facemasks this weekend. Rotary District 5320 will have made 30,000 masks county-wide (5,000 in Mission Viejo!) by the end of the weekend. Thank you to all the volunteers and to Kan for feeding them!
