Once you your offer is accepted by the seller. Your transaction will be handed over to escrow so that the entire process can be streamlined. What does that mean?

The part of the journey where you were looking for a home and found a home is finished at this point. Now we are look into the part where money is moving hands and title is being transferred to the new buyer in a way where no party (buyer/seller) has an advantage.

Of course it's a bit more complicated than that, but the most important thing to know about this step is knowing that the an escrow company does not have an interest in either the buyers or the sellers portion of the transaction.

There are so many pieces to the puzzle to make your home buying journey to become a success, but who are main pieces when it comes to your experience as a client?

The short answer is the Realtor, the Lender, the Title Officer, and the Escrow Officer.

it's a 1:4 matching program that'll give you up to $22,000.00 in assistance.
