Should rising interest rates stress you into buying? No. But higher rates do decrease your buying power. The right time to buy is the right time for YOU and there's no way to time the market perfectly, but if you're considering buying, the sooner you can lock in your rate, the better.

No one has a crystal ball and I don't know what's going to happen tomorrow or next month, but I do know that right now is an amazing time to sell, AND we still have historically low-interest rates (even with the recent hike). SIX more rate hikes are expected to happen this year.
