Today, more than one third of US national debt is held by foreign governments--$1 trillion by the Chinese alone. If current trends hold, by the early '30s the US will be transferring more than $400 billion in interest payments ANNUALLY to foreign debtholders. Um...Yikes!

Check out the chart below... The Fed Funds Rate has now caught up to the 10-year treasury. This situation is NOT sustainable. Rates recently dropped from the 7s to the mid 5s... If you're a buyer, GET OFF the fence NOW and take advantage of this low-rate window, because market odds are that rates will be pushed back up SOON--NOTE: this chart assumes the Fed only increases rates at .25% per meeting. They JUST increased in another .5%, and will probably do so a couple more times... The clock is ticking!!!

Real estate is the #1 industry industry for upward mobility. So think of all the mom & pop investors who have been unable to collect rent, while being expected to keep making their mortgage payments and property taxes. They have been pushed toward financial ruin. This obscene abuse of property rights has only served to further the dichotomy of rich and working classes in this country. It was short sighted, ill advised and a breathtaking overstep of government authority.

The high court fell short of lifting the moratorium, but NAR still calls the order a “victory for property rights.” Here’s why.
