Cindy Gildersleeve embarked on her real estate journey in 1991, making her first home purchase at a builder's auction in Helmetta, NJ. Since then, she has been deeply engaged in property transactions in both Florida and California, her current residence. Cindy's dedication to the world of real estate reached new heights when she joined forces with Coldwell Banker, a renowned and trusted name in the global real estate arena. Leveraging her diverse background in retail sales, graphic design, and editing, Cindy brings a unique skill set to the table. Her ability to suggest enhancements for maximizing a home's appeal to buyers and crafting offers that stand out in a competitive market stems from her keen eye for detail and design. During her time in Florida, Cindy actively contributed to the figure skating community, playing a pivotal role in the formation of the Palm Beach Figure Skating Club. She dedicated countless hours to the skating school, coordinated test sessions, and worked behind the scenes at holiday skating shows. The fundamental principles of awareness, balance, and control in figure skating mirror Cindy's approach to real estate. Well-versed in current market conditions and disclosures, she understands the delicate balance required in negotiating contracts. While some real estate teams may resemble hockey players, engaging in rough tactics, Cindy's hands-on, one-on-one approach ensures control of the situation. Her genuine desire to help others succeed promises a transaction that glides gracefully to completion. Actively involved in her community, Cindy has served as a delegate for her district in Dove Canyon since 2019. Recently elected as the Secretary for the Board of Directors for Dove Canyon Master Association, she continues to make a positive impact. Cindy's passion for pet adoption shines through her support of animal rescues, and she cherishes her life in Dove Canyon with her husband of 28 years, Joe, alongside their rescue dog and cat, Stella and Luna.
