Thank God she went with her gut feeling on this guy and walked outside this is horrible but could have been a tragedy for her and her family!! This guy appears to be an OPEN HOUSE stalker and until he is caught Realtor’s have to be very aware of what going on in their open house! Watch who is there carefully if you are not comfortable do as this Realtor did get out of the house!!
Time for Realtors to team up on open houses! I am a Broker in Orange County and surrounding areas if anyone needs a Open House partner PM me and I will do an open house with you so you are not alone!!

Police are looking for the visitor to an open house in Encino who was caught on camera abruptly pushing the real estate agent to the ground, and then bending over her as she screamed.
