This turnkey property was beautifully designed and embodied nearly everything she had on her wish list….pool, safe neighborhood, numerous upgrades and great value.

Real estate is not always black & white and sometimes the highest offer doesn’t always win. There are so many other aspects that come into play. It’s so important in this crazy market to find an agent that is not submitting what I call ‘lazy offers.’ We did not have the highest offer in this transaction but what we did have was a well thought out strategy and established trust and communication with the selling agent and their client. Super proud of this one. Let’s go 🚀

Super excited for my clients who purchased their first home in our hometown of La Mirada. This property is located in one of LM’s most sought after neighborhoods and we couldn’t be more excited for them to embark on this new chapter of homeownership.
