eing the only woman south of San Antonio, Texas to receive a Certified Commercial Investment Member designation, or CCIM. CCIM is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. Elizondo is among an elite group of only 8,000+ members across North America. Elizondo also attends the ICSC University of Shopping Centers on a regular basis. Courses such as retail law and financial analysis are taught at the prestigious Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
