Pool Policies

Swimming pool(s) are for the enjoyment of all residents. As in the usage of any recreational facility, occupants or
guests 14 and under must be accompanied by a lease holding resident who is 18 years of age or older. You must
accompany your guest, and remember, you are responsible for their actions. Pool policies and hours are posted by
each pool for your safety. Please abide by them. In addition, please observe and comply with the following pool
policies:
1. For your own safety, please do not swim alone. All persons using the pools do so at their own risk.
You agree not to permit occupants or guests 14 years of age or under, or an adult that is not
adequately capable of swimming, to use or participate in the use of the swimming pool.
2. Occupants or guests 14 years of age and under must be accompanied and supervised by a lease
holding resident who is 18 years of age or older.
3. Glass containers are not permitted in or around the pool area.
4. Residents may have a maximum of two guests at the pool during each visit. Guests must be
accompanied by a lease holding resident who is 18 years of age or older.
5. Pets are not permitted in the pool and pool areas.
6. Appropriate swimwear is required in pool and pool area; no cut-offs, T-backs or thongs.
7. Rough or boisterous play is prohibited in the pool and pool area.
8. Individuals with skin abrasions, open wounds, or skin diseases will not be permitted to swim in the
pool.
9. No person may eat, drink, or smoke while swimming in the pool.
10. Safety equipment may only to be used in the event of an emergency.
