Administrative Office Assistant in Mission TX
Responsibilities
• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
• Plan and schedule appointments and events.
• Greet and assist onsite guests.
• Answer inbound telephone calls.
• Develop and implement organized filing systems.
• Perform all other office tasks Qualifications.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields.
• Able to speak, read and write in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word and Excel Required. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Adhere to the Privacy Act as it relates to the confidentiality of information received.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Able to work from Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm.
