This weekend, I had the incredible honor of representing my daughter, Krystal, and my son-in-law, Sergio, as they purchased their first home together. Sitting with them at the closing table in San Antonio wasn't just another real estate transaction—it was one of the proudest moments of my life.

Krystal, watching you grow into the amazing woman you are today has been one of life's greatest blessings. You have worked hard, stayed focused, and built a beautiful life with Sergio. I couldn't be more proud of both of you.
As you celebrate your birthday this Friday, I know this new home will be the beginning of countless wonderful memories together.

To my beautiful wife, Sonia, thank you for always standing by my side and supporting me through the long days, late-night phone calls, weekend showings, and everything that comes with this career. Your love, patience, and encouragement make it possible for me to do what I love every single day.
