I started working with these amazing buyers (and friends!) a couple of years ago. We toured many beautiful homes along the way, but none felt quite right. That is, until we toured a Hayden Home—and they couldn’t stop thinking about it! 🏡

We kept it at the top of our minds as the search continued, but as soon as a Hayden Home lot opened up in a highly desirable neighborhood, they knew it was time to jump!

The build process was smooth sailing from start to finish, and now my buyers are officially first-time homeowners in a brand-new custom build! I’m so excited for them and can’t wait to see how they turn this house into a home! ✨🎉

🏡 A second chance, a unique loan program & clear to close in just 10 days! 🔑

These buyers were working with another lender on a manufactured home loan when communication suddenly stopped, leaving them wondering where to turn next.

Their agent, Kylee Traver, reached out to see if I could help. If you know anything about Triad manufactured home financing, you know it’s not your typical mortgage! There are only a handful of lenders who specialize in this space, and the process looks quite different from a traditional home loan.

I told these buyers we’d do everything we could to get things moving quickly, and they decided to put their trust in me. Just 10 DAYS later… CLEAR TO CLOSE! 🎉

Now, with Triad, clear to close doesn’t quite mean you’re at the finish line! There’s still quality control, waiting for original documents to arrive at title, signing, overnighting those documents back, and then waiting for the wire to arrive.

See what I mean when I say this is a unique process?! 😅
