A huge thank you to the Kalispell Public Schools and Copper Mountain Coffee for a wonderful turnout to our Teacher Appreciation event! We had about 315 teachers & staff order a coffee on Hayden Homes, LLC.
Teachers inspire, educate, and empower—and we hope this was a small way to show our gratitude for everything you do!

Today we announce the Give As You Go™ Fund - our pledge to give $25 million to charitable causes by 2030 across Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Montana.

From the beginning, we’ve believed that supporting the communities where we build is not only a privilege, but our responsibility. The Give As You Go™ Fund puts this belief into action by accelerating and deepening our support for housing solutions, youth and education, and food security.

As part of this pledge, through Every Home Gives, each new home will generate a $300 company-funded donation to local nonprofits and homeownership access.

To kick off the Give As You Go™ Fund, we presented $100,000 to the Walla Walla Public Library and "The Next Chapter" renovation campaign, including the new Hayden Homes Creativity Center - a dedicated space for young people to explore, create, and feel a sense of belonging, while also supporting nonprofit partners like Walla Walla County Master Gardners and PictureLab who connect youth to art and creative experiences.
