ARC Rising has risen to reclaim the mission of healing for which we were placed here. Animals and people still need us, and so long as we are given the strength, we will provide healing and not allow trauma to define us.

Before long, animals will be posted here and on a new PetFinder page, and we will be listening to the community and conveying their stories of need, resiliency, power and healing.
