🏡Just Closed for two of our awesome buyers.

We closed on two condos recently, and while the homes were different, both buyers were looking for the same thing: a place that fit their life.

One buyer found a light-filled home close to trails, biking, and pickleball. The other found a comfortable place for a fresh start for her and her son.

That’s one of our favorite parts of this job. Helping people find the home that makes sense for them, whether that’s a condo, a lot for their dream home, a starter home, or something in between.

May was full of wildflowers, stormy skies, Mother’s Day celebrations, a birthday, kids sports, and new ways for the old pup to get around! The whole Topo team had a busy month in and out of the office.

June is here, and so are the summer events. ☀️

Quick market note while we’re at it: May brought the most home sales the Missoula area has seen in one month since 2019! We had a few buyers and sellers who got in on the fun and couldn’t be happier for them.

Around the Topo office, we’re just glad, and a little shocked that it’s already June! Warmer days, Out to Lunch kicking off, concerts at the amphitheater, festivals every weekend. It feels like there’s something to do every single day this month.

⭐️Just Sold

Big congratulations to Cameron and Sole on finding their perfect spot in Target Range.

While they’ll definitely miss the proximity to downtown of the Westside, this next chapter comes with a pretty great tradeoff. More space, a huge yard for gardening, and easy access to the river, work, and everything else that makes Target Range such a special part of Missoula.

This home feels a little like the best of both worlds. Close enough to stay connected to downtown, but now with more space to spread and enjoy a shorter commute!

We’re so excited for them as they settle into their new oasis in an awesome Missoula neighborhood. 💛

Just Sold!!

This one was a true Topo team effort, with Andie representing the seller and Kristin bringing the buyer.

Everything lined up perfectly on this one. Great pricing, a motivated buyer, smooth communication, and a quick close that kept everyone moving forward.

From under contract to closing in just 12 days, and only 14 days from list to close. Sales rarely move this quickly; it was all pretty incredible, and a great team effort to make it happen!

The deal was even sweeter as Andie got to help the mom of an old Big Sky High School classmate through the process.

Way to go 🤝💛

Missoula is one of the most bike-friendly cities in Montana, and depending on where you live, you might be surprised how little you actually need your car.
