Just Sold! (and Just Bought)

A lot has changed for our client since she bought her home on Cross St. in Bonner, including a new baby. She and her partner were ready for their next chapter, and a little more space was a big part of it.

We found them a great home right in town that checked a lot of boxes. Playdates at the park, a trip to the library, a Saturday at the farmers market, all a lot closer than they used to be.

It’s always fun to help a client sell their current home and move on to the next. 💛

Tuesday night was a good one. A big thank you to Mandy Snook REALTOR® for putting together a table of local brokers at the annual United We Eat fundraiser and letting us tag along. We had so much fun!

United We Eat helps refugee and immigrant chefs share the cooking traditions they grew up with here in their new community, while earning some extra income doing it. We honestly had no idea this was happening in Missoula, and now we want to make sure you know too!

You don’t have to wait for next year’s fundraiser to try the food. They offer take-home meals, catering, and supper club nights at Burns Street Bistro. Give them a follow to stay up to date on events, you should make sure to get in on the next round of delicious food! United We Eat

Here’s a tip you may or may not already know about.

Kristin picked up an air purifier at Costco on sale for $99. At checkout, the cashier told her NorthWestern Energy customers can get a $100 rebate on it, so it basically paid for itself.

When she got home and went to submit her receipt, it turned out NorthWestern offers rebates on a lot more than air purifiers!

To qualify, you need to be a NorthWestern residential electric customer. Some items also require NorthWestern electric heat or hot water. To claim it, fill out the form in the rebates section of their website and upload your receipt.

Save this for your next upgrade around the house and get some $$$ back.

Just sold a fun one!

Sandy and her husband were looking for a place in Missoula with a short list: to be closer to their kids, and find a home that’s all on one level.

We had several more showings lined up the day Andie showed them Preston. After walking through, there was no need to continue on to the others; they knew this was the place!

Cortney had the listing and Andie brought the buyer, so this one stayed in the Topo family from start to finish. It moved quickly, and we got to work as a team and with wonderful people on each side of the deal.
