Help congratulate my friends Matt and Meg on the purchase of their first home (among many other big life events!!)! We were looking for their starter home but when this awesome place came on the market I told them they could skip the starter home and move into their long term place now! Any why not… with an acre for their pups to play on and an overall solid house, I have a feeling they will be here for awhile! Until I move in next door 🤪🤪🤪

✨JUST SOLD! ✨
I just love working with first time home buyers because closing day is so emotional… exciting, scary, freeing, and overwhelming all at the same time!

These first timers now have an awesome place to call home only a few steps from the Clark Fork with a huge yard (yes…. 0.25 acres IS huge!) and a bounty of pear and apple trees that will be ready in a few weeks. And I can’t forget the ultimate luxury of AC!!! 🥵🤯🤭
