I’ve got a good feeling about the market this spring! For both sellers AND buyers. With the market as hot as it is, I think we’ll still be in a solid seller’s market. That means that if you’ve been waiting to sell your home, spring will be a great time to hit the market. But that doesn’t mean that it’s going to be a bad time to buy. Quite the opposite actually! We’ll likely see some decline in demand, which means less competition when you’re buying and make for an overall easier buying experience. My last prediction?
