This one is extra special for a few different reasons.

Not every story are butterflies 🦋 , ponies, 🐴 and rainbows 🌈 . This particular seller came to me after having their property listed with another agent in the past with no success( I seem to come to the rescue frequently these days lol 😆). Anywho, the agent that the seller is working with in New Mexico found me and reached out to me asking for assistance. When you’re dealing with an older client who has a hard time navigating things, or not having the support system to get things done it can definitely be challenging.

The referring agent and I brainstormed together … we spent weeks in preparation of getting the home ready to list and then strategically marketed the property at a price point we knew it would sell.

Most people in this price point don’t have the ability to make upgrades or updates so we had to be sure we priced it where there was room for development. We had a large pool of showings and then all of a sudden out of the blue multiple offers came in all at once which spiced things up a little bit 🔥 . Long story short, seller went with a solid offer that was executed beautifully by & ! The buyers have a great story behind them, and both sides are excited to see this one through 🫶🏼
