Another closed transaction that was very special, not only because the property was special, but most of all because of the buyers and sellers!

The seller had loved this property for many years and was ready for a change. The buyers had been searching for quite some time, waiting for the right property to come along, and this was the one!

It was such a great match, and I’m so happy I had the opportunity to be part of bringing these two together.

Such a successful transaction representing a long-time client. This was the last of her investment properties here in Missoula, so it was especially meaningful to help her successfully close this chapter.

I’m excited for the new buyer, who will have a great new home in a wonderful neighborhood. With a fresh interior, large fenced yard, big double garage and lots of parking on the property, it’s a great fit for its next chapter.
