Born & raised in Missoula, Kris is a second generation Realtor, following in the footsteps of her father, Scott Hollenbeck. After attending college at the University of Nevada in Reno, graduating with a Business Marketing Degree, Kris decided to come back to Missoula because of the quality of life the Garden City has to offer. Licensed since 2002, Kris approaches selling real estate as a way of li

Kris does not practice dual agency, which is allowed in the state of Montana, as she feels it is a conflict of interest and can't represent her clients to best of her ability. Her niche neighborhoods are the Rattlesnake, Canyon Creek Village, and Windsor Park, since those neighborhoods have been, and are, her backyard. Growing up in Missoula and living here most her life, Kris has a better grasp, and, is a great resource, on neighborhoods, schools, businesses, personal connections, hiking trails, and other things Missoula. Kris also likes to help clients with investment properties. An investor herself, she is able to advise on not only the property, but the process of becoming a landlord as well. She is a designated Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute, (GRI), and E-Pro real estate agent. In 2017 and 2021, her peers voted her as the Realtor's Choice Award Recipient. Kris enjoys many outdoor activities: skiing (water, snow, x-country), hiking, biking, & running.
