I love seeing the renovations my clients have done with their new homes!

You can’t tell from these “after” pictures... but walking into the hallway and laundry room in this beautiful home used to require every available light being switched on so you wouldn't run into walls- no joke, it was pitch black!

It is amazing how painting over the dark chocolate brown walls with a lighter color and adding a few solar tubes, this clever couple, can now enter these spaces without using ANY electricity during the day.

On the other hand, the dark walls in the living room,dining room and kitchen work great due to the ample windows!
