Let’s go 2026! Here are some updates on what I’m doing professionally this year, juggling a few things:

1. Still working as a real estate broker helping buyers and sellers mainly in Montana. I certainly can help buy/sell homes, but my true passion expertied is in commercial and investment type properties and businesses. I love self storage, multifamily, and development properties and projects. I have completed 108 transactions over the last several years mostly as a solo agent. 2. Our family continues to own and operate Float Missoula. This a wellness business downtown with many great services (massage, float therapy, infrared sauna/ cold plunge) as well as many great wellness products. www.floatmsla.com or 406-493-0502

3. This last year I kicked back up painting. We mainly like to work on exterior of commercial properties but will look at anything needing paint application via sprayer, roller, or brush. 4. Old Boys soccer club. Playing outdoor and indoor soccer as often and as many locations I can. What I lack in skill and good looks I make up for in zeal and always bringing beer to enjoy.
