Devin is a native of Missoula, MT specializing in commercial and residential real estate in Western Montana. With strong local ties, Devin brings together local businesses and his clients to provide a fast, simple, and professional experience for every buyer or seller. st choices. Educated at the University of Washington and a Presidential Scholar recipient for the University of Montana (2003), Devin majored in Business Management and Pre-Medical studies. Realizing Missoula is where he needed to be, Devin came back home to finish his studies at UM. He operated part of his family construction company, ABC Seamless, and over the past decade has turned his profession fully to real estate and multi-family development. Currently, Devin is pursuing the CCIM designation; the highest and most difficult real estate title to hold and has earned his Broker certification, GRI designation, and has been certified in Short Sale Specialty and 1031 Exchanges. Charity is a large part of Devin's passion and assists lower income tenants and has held positions on the American Heart Association board of directors, served as President/Chairman for the Lambros Community Foundation for multiple years, donates a portion of every sale to charity, and has family ties to Watson Children's Shelter. An avid outdoorsman, Devin enjoys hunting and fishing in Western Montana with friends and family as well as skiing and snowboarding. Athletics have also consumed a large part of Devin’s life, competing and finishing the 2004 Coeur d’Alene Iron Man Triathlon. He spent limited time playing soccer for the Washington Huskies and the Seattle Sounders Select before returning to Missoula. A State Champion in Montana AA Boys’ Basketball, Devin’s alma mater Missoula Big Sky High still holds a special place with him. In 2013, Devin won a Montana handball state championship and currently still enjoys trail running and golfing throughout Western Montana.
