This was a good one! A wonderful couple and their sweet baby looked at several options before finding the one! Great location, room to grow, opportunity for sweat equity but not TOO many projects. They were smart and chose a great investment and a wonderful home to continue to grow their roots in Missoula. Thanks .ault.montanarealestate for the smooth transaction, for the great service and for keeping everything together!
