Old Sawmill District is nothing short of a rebirth for 46 acres along the Clark Fork River, in the heart of Missoula, Montana. Once a booming sawmill complex, this property long known as the “mill site” has sat vacant since the early 1990s—unused and unsightly, but rich with history and potential. As Old Sawmill District, the area will be a lively urban neighborhood where people live, work, shop a

nd play. Plans call for a dynamic combination of single- and multi-family residences and mixed-use commercial office space. Along the river, Missoula will gain a 14-acre city park that extends the beautiful Clark Fork trail system. Thanks to a remarkable collaborative effort by the city, surrounding neighborhoods and our development team, the mill site is about to become a vibrant part of Missoula life once again.

Cambium Place and the Old Sawmill District are proud to participate in the 3rd annual Two Men and a Truck Movers for Mutts collection drive. Movers for Mutts is a program created to help local animal shelters support and foster stray animals. All donations go to The Humane Society of Western Montana.

With the help of community partners Two Men and and Truck, Dee-O-Gee, Cambium Place, The Sawyer, and ROAM Student Living we collect over 150 wish list items to donate to the shelter.

Donation bins are set up in the Cambium Place Great Room! Please visit moversformutts.com for more information and ways you can help participate in this rewarding campaign!
