Costa Bajjali is a real estate broker and developer located in Missouri City, Texas. Costa has over 20 years of Business experience in areas such as Real Estate Development, Business Development, Project Management, Process Improvement, Outsourcing, Mergers and Acquisitions and general Business Consulting. Costa is a graduate of the University of Houston where he received his BBA in Management Information Systems / Computer Science with a Math minor. Costa’s has expertise in contract negotiation, including Public-Private Partnership contracts, due diligence, master development plans and financial modeling. In the past he has collaborated with various public municipalities, governmental agencies, MUDs, PUDs, PIDs and TIRZs and created and managed several HOAs. He also has several years of experience in providing c-level Leadership and Management of large-scale projects. Over the last 15 years, Costa was responsible for over $350 million of development projects throughout Texas and the United States. The developments varied in type and size and include Single Family lot development, Retail development, Office Buildings, Town Centers / Mixed-use developments, Student Housing and Assisted Living. As a Global Program Manager for Dell’s largest Managed Services customer, Costa was responsible for all aspects of managing a $600MM outsourcing project. His responsibilities on this strategic account spanned the entire global program, from P&L and customer relations, to staffing & employee development, locally and internationally. As a Director of Service Delivery, at Keane, Inc., he was responsible for Service Delivery in South Central Texas, which led to $15 Million in repeat business and several large projects at Entergy, Williams, Compaq, and HP.
