Seasoned, result-driven, tenacious, and passionate describe Valore Lott and her extraordinary work ethic that began at age 13 with her first job on Saturday mornings cleaning house for two ‘old’ ladies in the hills of west Austin. She has been practicing real estate fulltime, nothing else, since 1983 when she began her career in Fort Bend county with a small boutique firm where she remained for ov
er 38 years. Early in her career, Valore worked tirelessly with the former Fort Bend Association of Realtors on numerous committees, organized the first back-to-school ‘Walk-With-Pride’ shoe drive for the association, and eventually served on the board of directors. She has remained active in numerous volunteer endeavors from food & clothing drives for victims of Texas hurricanes to fundraising for breast cancer and, most recently, Alzheimer’s disease. After earning the GRI, REALTOR® Institute of Real Estate (GRI) designation, Valore went on to earn other designations, i.e. ,Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Accredited Buyer Representative Manager (ABRM), NAR ePro® Certified, Transnational Referral Certification (TRC), and Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) designation (one of less than 1000 agents in the state who have undergone advanced extensive training in real estate negotiation.) Valore has a wealth of knowledge on how to competitively market homes in all price ranges. She has worked with buyers and sellers throughout the Houston metro area and the country as well as international clients. Clients have included major banks in the foreclosure disposition segment, builder closeouts, relocation companies, estate attorneys and private owner sellers of distressed pre-foreclosure properties. A Multi-Million Dollar Producer during her time in the industry, Valore has embraced emerging markets, new technologies, & changing consumer preferences. In addition to Realtor® trade groups, she’s also a member of the Greater Houston Black Chamber of Commerce and the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce. She moved to Houston to attend Texas Southern University where she earned a bachelors & masters degrees in the sciences. When not working, Valore is a 15yr home-delivery volunteer for Meals on Wheels & devoted secretary of her local AARP chapter. Valore’s hobbies & interests include Texas history, genealogy, road tripping, swimming, reading, & family time.
