Progress on tree damage... now to get estimates for the fence!
Couldn't get photo from my property's side... any suggestions for contractors or handyman service that can create an estimate for insurance company?

An unhealthy tree next door to this rental was dieing from the inside out without the owners realizing the danger. So between 5:30p and 7:30p a large branch came down bringing more limbs with it. Fence sustained some serious damage but we were blessed that no other property or any people were harmed! This is causing a small delay with open rentals but as always our tenants come first. Hopefully resolution comes in a few days after damage assessment.

A signed 1 year lease, first month’s rent, a $700 security deposit and proof of utilities transferred into your name would be required before move in. Rental property application required. Applications can be picked up at the property during showing appointment. Another thing off my list of things to accomplish today. Survey of property lines by SPN here in Mitchell. Planning on providing some privacy between houses with a new privacy fence. Note of advice: you should have a survey done prior to purchase of a property (as I have in past.) SPN & Associates
