You’ve probably noticed we’ve had a lot going on around here lately, and we want to take a moment to share what’s been happening and, more importantly, where we’re headed.

After many years with Berkshire Hathaway, we made the decision to move our brokerage to Keller Williams Success. It was a big change, but one we made thoughtfully and with a clear vision for the future of Moab Living. KW Success has embraced what we are building, supports our growth, and gives us the tools, resources, and flexibility to continue raising the bar for our clients. We are genuinely happy with where we landed and excited about what’s ahead.

We’ve also made another significant change. After 25 years at Center Street Square, we have moved on from that location. That decision was not an easy one. So much history happened within those walls, and leaving a place that has been part of our story for so long carries a lot of weight. But we believe this next chapter will allow us to build something that better reflects where Moab Living is going.

And yes, we have a new home in the works!

We have secured the future home of Moab Living - Rachel Moody Real Estate Team, and we cannot wait to break ground on a space that is truly ours. There is something pretty special about building a home for a business that has grown and changed so much over the years, and we are looking forward to bringing you along as that takes shape.

There’s one more change we want to share. We will not be holding our annual Block Party this year. We know it has become a Moab tradition and something many of you look forward to, and we didn’t make that decision lightly. Instead, we’ve already started planning for a 𝐛𝐢𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐫, 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐨𝐚𝐛 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐟𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕, and we think giving it the time and attention it deserves will make it worth the wait.

If you’ve spent enough time around downtown Moab, you probably know the building at Main Street and 100 North as home to Trailhead Public House & Eatery.

But what did you know it as before Trailhead?

The 1886 adobe building has been a mercantile, market, post office, church, Maytag dealership and more. But when it comes to its restaurant years, there are a few names that might bring back some memories.

There’s something pretty special about having the Utah Association of REALTORS® Convention in our own backyard.

We had a great few days at the 2026 UAR Convention in Moab, connecting with REALTORS® from across Utah, learning from some incredible speakers and educators, and spending time with our KW team. The convention brought together a great mix of education, new ideas, conversations about the future of our industry, and, of course, plenty of time to catch up with people we don’t get to see often enough.

And we have to admit, it was pretty fun getting to share a little bit of Moab with everyone while they were here.
