Utah also now requires all OHV operators to complete the Utah Off-Highway Vehicle Education Course.

GRAND COUNTY MASK ORDER UPDATE

Grand County’s county-wide mask mandate has been terminated now that the State of Utah has met all three thresholds established in House Bill 294.

The State is still requiring masks to be worn in schools until June 15.

Grand County has announced it will still require masks in all County facilities and on County property.

The City of Moab will still require masks to be worn indoors in all City facilities and buildings at this time due to Grand County status as High Transmission Risk, and the ongoing increase of COVID-19 cases in our community.

Private businesses, at their discretion, may still require patrons and employees to wear masks.

Druid Arch has awed visitors of The Needles district of Canyonlands National Park for many years. Standing at 130 feet tall, this angular arch was named by Robert Deckert, a cousin of the parks founder, Bates Wilson. Deckert noticed its resemblance to Stonehenge in England - a place where druids went to worship.
