Today was a really special day. 🏡✨
We officially got my seller’s home UNDER CONTRACT, and this one means more to me than I can put into words.

What started as a professional relationship turned into a genuine friendship, and I’m so grateful for the trust my client placed in me every step of the way. Watching everything come together and knowing we’re headed to the closing table soon is such a full-circle moment.

This didn’t happen alone.
