Starting August 17th, a “Buyer Representation Agreement”is required before any Real Estate Agent can show you a property. This means agents can no longer provide property tour requests without first having a signed, written agreement in place. This will also include virtual or video tours.

👉🏼 Commission - With the new NAR rules, commissions are no longer advertised on the MLS, and your Realtor might not know if they’ll be compensated by the seller. Commissions will be negotiated between you and your agent and the sellers!
