A little over a year ago, I had a buyer ask me to help her find a lot to build her dream home. So that's what we did. And then... change of plans😄 so in April, back to the drawing board we went! We closed on her new home 3 weeks ago, and today, her lot is under contract to be left in good hands and get it's forever 🏠

If you're one of those people stuck in the mindset that the market has stalled and it's a terrible time to buy real estate, please, let's talk about it! January felt more like the entire first half of 2022. We are back in multiple offer situations with little inventory available. If you are thinking of buying OR selling, just reach out to a realtor and hear what they have to say. If you don't have one, reach out to multiple. See who you click with and who you think could provide you the most value. If one reaches out to you about selling your home because they have an interested buyer, HEAR THEM OUT. You don't have to make any life changes, but you will very likely come out with knowledge that could better prepare you for when you are ready.

I've heard too many people ask me how rough it is in the real estate world right now, so I felt the need to debulk the confusion.

Side note: we discussed none of this BUT I had a blast meeting with Amber McNally today to talk work and our love for JPAR Gulf Coast. So excited to share a brokerage with this chick again!

I wear many hats (if you know me, you know how true this is!) It's a juggle, taking one off to fully promote the other. Sometimes I wear 2 at a time! But I love the chaos that comes with juggling my hats. I love helping people in as many ways as I can. Today, while I am polishing up some adorable patients to give them a special glow for Thanksgiving, I will take a second to tip my hat to my buyers and awesome friends as they close on their first rental of many to come! More on that later!

Since we are talking hats, and this one actually happens to be my favorite, how about a big shoutout to POST for opening night of their Springhill location! I can't wait to check it out!
