That experience changed the way I look at houses.

I've seen how heavy rain can reveal something that wasn't obvious on a sunny showing. I've seen why the age and condition of a roof can matter for more than just replacement cost. And I've seen why simply hearing that a property isn't in a "high-risk flood zone" doesn't necessarily tell the whole story.
