If I was looking for a strong buy-and-hold condo in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, these three would be right near the top of my list:

1️⃣ SeaChase - Because it’s one of the best all-around buildings down here. It’s in a great spot, the beach access is ideal, super amenities, and it appeals to a variety of different types of folks. I believe that matters on a buy-and-hold because I would want something that stays desirable over time.

2️⃣ Phoenix West II / The Oasis - Because it has the bigger resort feel that people are always drawn to. It stands out, gets more attention, and has the great amenities that keeps renters and future buyers drawn to it. Strong long-term hold for me.

3️⃣ Lighthouse - It’s in a really solid location of Gulf Shores and has broad appeal. It’s one of the buildings that you won’t forget even maybe after years of visiting the area. Renters and owners alike love this complex.

Why these 3️⃣?

When I look at buy-and-hold condos, I’m thinking more than just the view and I’m not just looking at what’s popular today.

What I am looking at is location, amenities, desirability, and whether people will still want that building 5-10 years from now.

Because down here, the complex you buy in can matter just as much as the unit itself.
