Living around the world as an Army Brat for most of my life, I eventually came back to Mobile and Baldwin Counties. My career in real estate began in the early 90's until I took a hiatus to raise 2 awesome children. During that hiatus, my love of sports, fitness, and outdoor activities led me to becoming the director for a large recreation facility for many years. I always knew I would return to r

eal estate and when I did, I had an even greater passion for the business and a lot more life experiences to enhance my previous knowledge and experience. I am married to the love of my life, Ron Gibney, a 25-year veteran of law enforcement. I have two fantastic children Kennedy, 23, who is a high school teacher and volleyball coach and Tucker, 18, who is in college for mechanical engineering . We enjoy cooking, hunting, fishing, hiking, bike riding, camping, and most any outdoor activity. Our life is blessed and we live it fully. With my life of moving from place to place and my careers in real estate and the recreation and fitness industry, creating solid relationships has always come naturally to me and is my goal with my clients. August was FULL.

3 new listings and a closing, celebrated my son’s 21st and start of junior year in college, saw my brother for the first time in years, and took some time off for my moms’s surgery & recovery.

Work, family, milestones, new beginnings and a long-overdue reunion. August packed a whole lot of life into 31 days.

WHAT DOES 84.1M BUY IN MOBILE?
Today it would purchase a place to play, a place to pray, a place to sleep and a piece of the downtown skyline.

Four very different Mobile properties currently are for sale, and every one carries an asking price above $10 million.

PLAY — $32.172 MILLION

The biggest price tag belongs to the property occupied by Topgolf at 1250 Satchel Paige Drive.

A sale would change the landlord, not close the hitting bays, because Topgolf has 17 years remaining on its lease.

The $32.172 million package includes the building and nearly 10 acres beside McGowin Park.

PRAY — $28.5 MILLION

The Dauphin Way Baptist Church campus at 3661 Dauphin St. is less a building than a small community of its own.

Its 19.3 acres hold a massive sanctuary, offices, classrooms, a daycare, a playground, a gym, a walking track, two commercial kitchens and 553 parking spaces.

The listing imagines several possible next lives for the property, including another church, a school, condominiums, a performing arts venue or a complete redevelopment.

One familiar feature is not included in the $28.5 million price, because the church plans to keep a large stained-glass window.

STAY — $11.5 MILLION

The Holiday Inn Mobile-Airport at 3630 Springhill Memorial Drive South offers 97 rooms for $11.5 million, down $500,000 from its previous asking price.

The hotel comes with an indoor pool, a restaurant and bar, airport shuttle service and contracts that help bring in airline crews and other business travelers.

A major renovation was completed in 2025, giving a buyer a recently updated hotel instead of a major remodeling project.

DOWNTOWN — $11.9 MILLION

The only downtown property in the group is Merchants Plaza, and the name covers more than the familiar tower at St. Joseph and St. Francis streets.

The $11.9 million sale includes the Merchants Plaza apartments and two nearby office buildings at 106 St. Francis St. and 111 St. Michael St.

Together, the three buildings mix downtown apartments with law firms, a financial institution and a national telecommunications company.

Four properties, four very different pieces of Mobile and one thing in common: none can be bought without an eight-figure check.

Together, the asking prices total $84.072 million.
