Closing day for my sweet friends 🥳🤩

Congratulations to Debbie and Brandon on the purchase of their new home! I know they are so excited to be homeowners again. I can’t wait to witness all the love and memories they will make under their new roof 🥹 (literally a new roof put on a couple years ago 🤪)

This was a dream transaction! 3 weeks from accepted offer to the closing table. Debbie and Brandon handled everything they needed to on their end. The lender, Haley Barnes with Union Home had great communication and got this loan to close. And the listing agent was great to work with as well! Everyone is happy and we can go into the weekend with smiles on our faces 😊❤️
