We are excited to be opening SOUTH ALABAMA REALTY (SAR), a NEW REFERRAL AGENCY that will hold active real estate licenses in South Alabama, primarily Mobile and Baldwin counties for part-time, spare-time or currently inactive agents. This is a NO FEE concept where agents can earn 80% commission splits by giving leads to the SAR Broker and earns 25% Buyer referral commissions, 40% Seller referral commissions and 5% Agent referral bonuses (using EXIT Realty's "Independent Contractor Referral Agreement") for giving leads to EXIT Realty Lyon. NO MLS monthly fees, NO NAR annual dues, NO E&O insurance costs and NO EXIT Realty franchise fees....exactly NO FEES except to keep an active license with the Alabama Real Estate Commission.
