• 1st Responders (Active/Retired)
• Military (Active/Retired/Reserve or Guard)
• Union Members (Active/Retired)

Homes for Guardians identifies the above as Guardians of the community and country that benefit from their Realtor's commission rebates. Guardians may be active or retired to qualify for the discount. Guardians must work with Tony and Jessica Martinez & Affiliates in order to obtain discounts. Employment Identification may be requested to verify Guardian status.

It's cold out there friends! Here's a quick PSA

Prevent frozen pipes from this freezing weather by ⬇️⬇️⬇️

-Leave your faucet on. A trickle of water(hot and cold) on the faucet closest to the outside should do the trick.
-Leave cabinets open if there’s pipes behind them.
-Leave your heat on.
-Seal cracks and openings.
-Open all interior doors, so the heat could circulate in your house.
-Keep your garage closed.
-Insulate your pipes, if it’s last minute: try to wrap them with newspapers and duct tape.
-If you have valves to your outside hosebib, make sure you shut them off.
