Alesia McNeil Parker , when you dreamed of building Confetti, we wonder if you knew how much it would come to mean to the people who would find their place here. 💛
Because we come through these doors with more than work to do. We bring our families, our worries, our hopes, and the parts of life that don’t pause when the workday begins. Being somewhere we feel cared about as people makes a difference that reaches far beyond this office. You’ve helped give us that.
Thank you for seeing something in each of us. For trusting us with a place in something you’ve poured so much of yourself into. For encouraging us to grow and giving us room to bring our own personalities, ideas, and hearts to this team.
There are things you’ve done for us that you may have thought nothing of—a conversation, a little understanding on a hard day, a word of encouragement when we needed it. But sometimes those small moments are the ones people carry home. We hope you know we carry the good you give us.
We also know we don’t see everything it takes to lead us. The decisions you wrestle with, the worries you take home, the energy it takes to keep showing up for everyone. Today, we hope you feel how many people are in your corner, too.
Years from now, we’ll have stories about this place—the chaos, the laughter, and the confetti we’ll probably still be finding. But we’ll also remember how it felt to belong here, and the woman who helped make that possible.
