FIRST LOOK: A preview party tonight will give attendees the first public look inside the completed renovation of the nearly 200-year-old Chighizola House, 6 S. Franklin St., 10 a.m. Mobile Bay Magazine has partnered with Rogers & Willard, Cay Construction and Kearley Architects to showcase the restoration of the historic Downtown Mobile home as the 2026 Inspiration Home. Tickets to tonight's preview party are $50.

Public tours begin Thursday. Tickets to tour the home are $10, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Goodwill Gulf Coast. Tours run Aug. 6-30, Thursdays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sundays from noon to 4 p.m.
