✨ Red Hill is SOLD!!! ✨
After hitting the market strong in February, lots of showings and going pending, this lovely 2.1 acre estate ended up back on the market. Finally, when it came down to it showings picked up and we ended up receiving multiple offers.
I have spent a lot of time at red hill the last few months and have had the chance to really fall in love with the property. My prayer for these buyers is that they are able to make lots of fun new memories with their family in their new home and thoroughly enjoy every aspect of living at 4045 red hill. 💙Special thanks to who was a great buyers agent to work with and I appreciate her hard work and transparency throughout the whole process. Communication is key in transactions and it’s always a blessing to have a good agent on the other side.
