As we enter the second quarter 2026, we marvel at how quickly time goes by. The first quarter of every year is full of bookkeeping/accounting tasks; CAM reconciliation and preparation for client tax returns (completed by others). First quarter goals met.
As we move into the second quarter, the fun begins. Implementation of beautification efforts for each property according to approved budget, spring time maintenance as we recover from the winter months, and enjoyable visits and communication with our tenants; both commercial and residential.
