Welcome to Scenic Drive Apartments, a quiet, apartment home complex conveniently located on Scenic Drive near shopping, banks, restaurants and within the Sylvan Unified School district. We have one apartment home ready to move in (upstairs). Units are spacious apartment homes at over 1,000 square feet. Features in specific units may include lofted ceilings, private balcony or large backyard, central HVAC, on-site laundry facilities and parking. These units have been fully remodeled with new paint, new carpet, new flooring, new granite countertops, updated cabinets, and ceiling fans/lighting.
One pet might be okay, with management approval, based on breed and weight. If approved, there will be an increased security deposit. Occupancy limit to no more than four to five people in the unit.
