Have you ever seen a stilt treehouse? Me either!? I’m in love ❤️

We all witnessed Airbnb’s algorithm changing, my focus now is strictly on unique properties.
The future of Airbnb is evident. We need to skate to where the puck is going. The days of turning on any single family home as an STR for total self service are behind us. To stay competitive and charge the highest rates and fill your home with the BEST guests, we’re gonna have to innovate be creative and most importantly stand out!

I’ve driven by this house for 20 years fantasizing about one day owning it, I mean actually visualizing myself inside of it ( i swear it’s not as creepy as it sounds 😂)

This purchase sparks series of milestone for me, I was able to 1031 exchange a property to purchase this beautiful treehouse. I will be documenting this journey on YouTube from start to finish so please make sure to head over to my YouTube channel to watch the magic unfold. I’ll also break down with the numbers and expenses.

I’ll leave you with this my friends, I don’t think of the income that I can make with this property, but I do think about the memories that will be created with families, friends, and many others. I’m beyond grateful for this opportunity in this life that I was able to build through real estate. I’m also pumped to share with you all what’s worked for me so that you can earn extra income, spend more time with your families, leave that W2 and have a little more freedom and flexibility.

Here’s a perfect example if you take ACTION tremendous things happen. I spoke at meet up several weeks back.

during my time on stage (you guessed it I spoke of midterm rentals) I talked about a specific company, I spoke about how to reach out, I talked about helping folks who have been displaced by fires. This is the DM I received.

Didn’t take my course but he took action. This is exactly why I meetups for me are so important. I just love getting to see messages like this of folks who just DO!

What separates thinkers from doers? ill tell ya! literally, just fu***ng doing it.
